19th century Swiss leaded stained glass panel. Entirely hand painted depicting a Pikeman Guard standing within an architectural portico, in the background is a village scene, above are 3 cherubs, one holding a shield, the others playing musical instruments. Beautifully hand-painted with the use of silver stain and acid etching. No fading to hand painting and lead in excellent original condition. Ideal to suspend from a window.
